Deploy the Android app with Microsoft Intune

Add, sync and assign the private Enterprise app in Microsoft Intune.

Complete Set up Android with Managed Google Play first. Continue after Site Audit Pro Enterprise has been shared with your organisation.

Add the app to Microsoft Intune

  1. Sign in to the Microsoft Intune admin centre.
  1. Open Apps → All apps → Create.
  1. Under Store app types, select Managed Google Play app, then select Select.
  1. In managed Google Play, open Private apps.
  1. Select Site Audit Pro Enterprise.
  1. Select Select, then Sync.
  1. Refresh the app list if needed.

Assign the app

  1. Open Apps → All apps and select Site Audit Pro Enterprise.
  1. Open Properties, then Assignments.
  1. Add the required user or device group.
  1. Choose:
      • Required to install the app automatically; or
      • Available for enrolled devices to let users choose to install it.
  1. Select Review + save.

Only assigned apps appear to users in managed Google Play.

On the device, the Enterprise build is labelled Site Audit Pro and uses a padlock icon.

If the app does not appear

  • Confirm that Intune is connected to the correct managed Google Play account.
  • Confirm that the Organization ID was submitted under Android setup in the Enterprise Console and that the app has been shared.
  • Wait a few minutes, then select Sync again.
  • Confirm that the assignment includes the correct enrolled user or device group.

Managed Google Play deployment does not activate user access. Assign an Enterprise seat to each user, then ask them to sign in with the assigned email address.

If the problem continues, see Troubleshoot Enterprise app installation.
