Checking the Size of Reports
- From the Projects screen, tap the Project you wish to share to go to its Summary screen.
- Tap “Share Report” to generate and preview your Report.
- Tap the ‘Share’ button in the far top right of the screen to show the Export options available.
- Next to the option to “Email” your Report, you will see the file size of the PDF file.
If you find your Report is too large to send by email, you can reduce the file size by reducing the image quality of the images within it. More information on this can be found here: Reducing Report Size for Email.
Note: Reports that are 20MB or larger can’t be sent by email. In this situation, you will need to share your Report using a method other than email (see the article: Exporting Reports to Another App on how to do this).
