Exporting Reports to Another App
If you use a third-party app to manage your emails, like Outlook or Gmail, or you want to send your Report to a service such as Apple Files or Dropbox, you can do so easily. This process works as long as the app is installed on your device and supports PDF files. Here's how to export your Report:
- From the Projects screen, tap the Project you wish to share to go to its Summary screen.
- Tap “Share Report” to generate and preview your report.
- Tap the icon in the far top right of the screen to show the Export options available.
- Tap “Open with…” to see all the available apps you can use.
If the app you want isn't listed, tap "More" at the end of the app row. You can make it appear in the list by tapping the switch next to it. You can also rearrange the order of apps on this screen. If you still can't find the app in this list, even though it's installed on your device, it's not compatible for sharing your Report.
