Change the default report-sharing app on Android
Reset Android app preferences when reports always open in the wrong app or printer.
If a Report always opens in the wrong app:
- Open Device Settings → Apps.
- Select the app that currently opens the Report.
- Select Open by default or Set as default.
- Select Clear defaults.
- Share the Report again and choose the app you want to use.
If the Report is always sent to a printer, open Device Settings → Apps, select the menu, then select Reset app preferences. This resets default choices for every app; it does not delete your apps or Site Audit Pro Projects.
Settings names vary by Android device. Search device Settings for default apps if these options appear under a different menu.
