Set up your Enterprise user account – Site Audit Pro

Your organisation administrator assigns an Enterprise seat to a specific individual and email address. Use that same email address when you set up and sign in. Site Audit Pro accounts are personal and must not be shared.

If you are new to Site Audit Pro

Open the invitation email from Site Audit Pro Enterprise.

Select the password setup link.

Create your password.

Ask your organisation administrator for the app installation details.

Open the installed Enterprise app and sign in with the email address assigned to your seat.

Setting your password does not automatically open the Enterprise Console or the app.

If you already have a Site Audit Pro account

Use your existing Site Audit Pro password. Your Cloud Projects remain attached to that account and will appear when you sign in with the same email address.

If you have forgotten your password, use the password recovery option on the sign-in screen.

Install the Enterprise app

Your organisation administrator will tell you how the app is installed:

iPhone and iPad: use the direct Enterprise App Store link. See Install Site Audit Pro Enterprise on iPhone and iPad.

Android: your organisation installs the private app through Managed Google Play. On the device, look for Site Audit Pro with the padlock icon. See Set up Android with Managed Google Play.

The Enterprise apps are Cloud-only. Local Projects from the standard Site Audit Pro app do not appear in the Enterprise app.

Using the Enterprise Console

The Enterprise Console is mainly for organisation owners and administrators. If your role only includes an app seat, signing in to the Console will confirm that your seat is active and show the relevant installation guidance.
