Fix the ‘No Email Account’ error on iPhone or iPad
Set up Apple Mail or share a Site Audit Pro report through Outlook, Gmail or another email app.
The No Email Account message appears when Site Audit Pro cannot open Apple Mail because no Mail account is configured.
Use Apple Mail
- Open your device Settings.
- Select Apps → Mail → Mail Accounts.
- Select Add Account and complete the setup.
- Return to Site Audit Pro and try again.
Use Outlook, Gmail or another email app
When sharing the Report, select Open With…, then choose the email app you want to use.
